Solas and I have a habit of calling normal food, something delicious, so that he'll be more inclined to eat it! For example, I call raisins, "Raisin Candy"... and he thinks its AMAZING to eat!!!! Well, I scrambled eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, pour them into muffin tins (to the top), and but some crumbled cheese on top. I cook these for 15-20 minutes, and they're delicious! And easy for the kids to eat with their hands. Well, Solas calls them Egg Cupcakes.... and now I do too. Whatever it takes to make him happy about eating something for breakfast!!!
